The staff at Cozumel Palace was the best! the rooms were clean and well-kept. the location is great, just a short walk from Chankanaab Adventure Beach Park. Plus, there's a market and grocery store nearby for convenience.

Carlos, our waiter, was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. The entertainment staff, including Lesly, Juanjo, and Charly, made every day fun and exciting by keeping the pool crowd entertained. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the resort grounds. the staff at Cozumel Palace truly made our stay memorable, and we can't wait to visit again.

The food was overpriced with small portions and the drinks were weak. The room was advertised to be big and it was not.
