Great snorkeling and fabulous pools. Missed a better beach access.

Awesome place with excellent wi-fi, a beautiful infinity pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with bug spray on my first stay. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

The staff went above and beyond for our anniversary.

During my two-night stay, I experienced several issues. The toilet in my room leaked, causing water to cover the floor, and it took the maintenance team over two hours to address it. On the second night, I was locked out of my room for over an hour due to a faulty lock, and the absence of a supervisor after 9 PM was infuriating. After these incidents, I was told someone would follow up the next morning, but I’m still waiting for any communication.

Amazing service, delicious food, with fresh corn tortillas made on-site in the restaurant. The infinity pool was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, while the location provided easy access to nearby shops and attractions.

the property is in dire need of a renovation. I awoke to water all over my room from a leaking toilet, how charming! They took two hours to fix it, and later I was locked out for over an hour. To add insult to injury, I expected a complimentary drink for my troubles, but that was too much to ask, apparently.

Explored stunning sites like the lighthouse at Punto Sur and Mayan ruins. Tried stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling too. The staff was super friendly, and the food was tasty enough to keep us happy during our stay.

Be cautious about the time share presentations. We were pressured into a complicated offer and felt misled about the costs for future stays.

Enjoyed the snorkeling right off the hotel. there were so many colorful fish to see. Service was fantastic, especially from the entertainment staff leading pool games. Had some delays at the restaurants, particularly during dinner hours.
